How to Book Online
- Select Service Type
Court, Healthcare, Business, or other services. - Choose Location
Virtual Interpretation or On-Site (Zone 1, Zone 2, etc.). - Select Duration
Minimum booking is 2 hours. Add extra time if needed. - Pick Date & Time
Choose your preferred appointment slot. - Enter Language & Details
Select the required language and add any notes.

Languages Available
We offer interpretation services in many languages, including Spanish, Arabic, Somali, Mandarin, Russian, French, Vietnamese, Hmong, Oromo, Cantonese, Korean, Laotian, Amharic, Burmese, Cambodian, and Creole.

Spanish and Vietnamese have slightly different rates depending on service type.

Minimum appointment: 2 hours
Additional time billed in 15-minute increments

Includes Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Washington, and Wright counties. - Zone 2 – Rochester / Southeast Minnesota:
Includes Dodge, Fillmore, Freeborn, Goodhue, Houston, Le Sueur, Mower, Olmsted, Rice, Steele, Wabasha, Waseca, and Winona counties. - Zone 3 – Mankato / Southwest Minnesota:
Includes Blue Earth, Brown, Cottonwood, Faribault, Jackson, Lincoln, Lyon, Martin, Murray, Nicollet, Nobles, Pipestone, Redwood, Rock, Sibley, and Watonwan counties. - Zone 4 – West Central Minnesota:
Includes Big Stone, Chippewa, Kandiyohi, Lac qui Parle, Pope, Renville, Stevens, Swift, Traverse, and Yellow Medicine counties. - Zone 5 – Northwest Minnesota:
Includes Becker, Cass, Clay, Douglas, Grant, Hubbard, Otter Tail, Todd, Wadena, and Wilkin counties. - Zone 6 – North Central Minnesota:
Includes Beltrami, Clearwater, Kittson, Lake of the Woods, Mahnomen, Marshall, Norman, Pennington, Polk, Red Lake, and Roseau counties. - Zone 7 – Arrowhead Region:
Includes Cook, Itasca, Koochiching, Lake, and St. Louis counties. - Zone 8 – East Central Minnesota:
Includes Aitkin, Carlton, Kanabec, Mille Lacs, and Pine counties. - Zone 9 – St. Cloud / Central Minnesota:
Includes Benton, Crow Wing, Meeker, McLeod, Morrison, and Stearns counties.
Appointment Availability
Regular service hours:
Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time)
After-hours and weekend appointments may be available with additional fees.
Cancellation Policy
24+ hours notice: No charge
Less than 24 hours notice: Minimum 2-hour charge
Emergency & After-Hours Services
Emergency interpretation services may be available.
Additional charges may apply:
After-hours / weekends: +20%
Public holidays: double rate
